  They were all amazing! I went in for a hand injury. I had my 1 year old daughter with me. Everyone was so helpful with helping tend to my daughter so I could be treated. The x ray tech help my daughter while she did my x rays, Dr. Howard wasn't frustrated at all with having to work around my daughter who sat in my lap as he drained my finger and put my splint on. They were are so kind, considerate, and helpful. I had never been to an urgent care and with not having anyone with me to help with my daughter I didn't want to go to the er. I cannot say enough positive things about these people! Thank you all so much for taking care of me and accommodating my daughter!

  Had a real bad sore throat and cough, could not talk. Drove 25 miles to get there and when checked in was told that it would be an hour. Felt so bad rested me head on husband's shoulder. Waiting room was hot but the exam room was cold. After waiting 1.5 hours was taken back. Waited in exam room another 30 min for PA who only spent less than 15 min with me, was diagnosed and could leave. Staff nice but wait time horrible!! Will not go back there.
