- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have visited this office for 4 years. I have had healthy pregnancies and miscarriages here and the doctors have been nothing but kind and companionate with me. Every. Single. One. We have had high risk issues as well as issues that have included seeing an outside specialist. Every doctor I have seen has been knowledgeable of my case and prepared for our visit. The hold time is a bit long at times. But when you realize that this is an OBGYN and there are a lot of women that call to ask questions or get prescriptions it's understandable. They seem to answer calls "in house" and not at a call center so I'm understanding of that. I've had to call for questions and prescription appeals as well as call the on call after hours. I have ALWAYS had a return call in a timely manner. I will continue to be seen at this practice because I believe these doctors truely care for me and my children. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I hated my whole experience. My ultrasound pictures look like blobs so I went and paid some body else for a 3D. The Mebane office got shut down so they overbook, you will wait forever for a 5 min appointment. You don't see the same doctor more than once so its like seeing a stranger each time. I went to UNC to deliver because I didn't like my prenatal experience so I didnt want a bad delivery experience also. They wouldnt even see me for my follow up to give me a note to return to work because I was 11 minutes late when they have a 15 minute grace period.April 03, 2017by Jasmine Ross
